Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription to Morrison On The Markets by sending an email request to Ken via Contact Us. A full refund will only be given if the request for cancellation is sent within 30 days of your subscription for 12-month commitments or 15 days for 90-day subscriptions. Cancellation requests sent after those dates will not be entitled to a refund. Subscriptions to the optional service, Trade Flash, are non-refundable and only available to paid subscribers of Morrison On The Markets.
It is the responsibility of each subscriber to renew subscriptions to Morrison on the Markets prior to the expiry date to ensure any lapse of access and benefit of the service. We will send a friendly renewal reminder via email prior to the expiry date. We will not automatically charge your credit card upon each expiry period. Simply go to the Subscribe page to renew your subscription. Subscriptions to Trade Flash are renewed automatically and charged to your credit card on the 1st day of the month following expiration of the previous expiry period. To discontinue the Trade Flash option, cancellation requests must be sent and receipt acknowledged by Ken within 10 days prior to the expiry period for Trade Flash
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect from you will only be used for the purposes of identifying current subscribers, processing payments and to contact you via email. Third-party solicitations will not be a part of any messages sent to you.
Your personal information that we collect will not be sold or otherwise shared with anyone else. We do not store your credit card information.
